In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “ALTO-GRAIN”, Rules for the formation, storage, refreshment, movement and use of grain resources, ALTO-GRAIN LLP selects, in the prescribed manner, grain receiving enterprises for storing grain resources.
Agreements for grain storage are concluded between our company and grain receiving enterprises selected in the prescribed manner, in accordance with the standard form of a public agreement for grain storage, approved by Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 24, 2001 No. 1359.
Grain receiving enterprises in their activities are guided by the regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including the Rules for maintaining quantitative and qualitative records of grain; Rules for grain storage; Rules for the issuance, circulation and redemption of grain receipts.
Transportation of grains, oilseeds and legumes is carried out by rail and water transport. The main partner of the company for the transportation of grain by rail is Astyk Trans JSC. It should be noted that the total wagon fleet managed by Astyk Trans JSC is up to 10,000 grain wagons, which allows us to ensure the transportation of grain at any time.
